AMDI has validated processes for protein expression and purification from sequence identification to incorporation in a diagnostic.
Our novel Fusion Protein (FP) mimics the SARS-CoV-2 Spike receptor binding domain (BD) docked to the human ACE2 protein and acts as an effective blocker of non-neutralizing antibodies (NAbs). In conjunction with recombinant RBD's with variant RBM regions, this allows for the detection of NAbs using BD bound to a solid phase.
