RALPH DAVIS
VP of Biomolecular ResearchRalph Davis
Vice-President, Biomolecular Research
Ralph Davis has a PhD in Biochemistry and Biophysics, with post-doctoral training in eukaryotic replication and cell cycle checkpoints. He has worked as a staff scientist in the lab of Nobel Laureate Dr. Roger Kornberg. In Dr. Kornberg's lab, Ralph gained years of experience in molecular biology, protein and nucleic acid biochemistry, as well as molecular and biochemical assays. Because the lab focused on structure-function questions, he developed a fundamental understanding of systems and assays which require native structures. Ralph applied this understanding of biomolecules toward developing point of care assays when he began with AMDI in 2016 and is excited to be part of the team.
His son Jonah said his bio should be "I really like science."
